We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date on most items sold at any Toys"R"Us store in the United States and Puerto Rico, with the exception of video games/accessories/systems, computer software, VHS, DVD, music electronics, radio control cars, trading cards, collectibles and consumer electronics. See below when accompanied by a receipt.
To make the process easier and faster, please follow these easy steps:
1. Bring your dated purchase receipt. Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. For your convenience, we also offer gift receipts for any item purchased, at any time. We will not accept returns or exchanges without an original receipt.
2. Please keep all packaging and accessories. To help us quickly process your return, please bring all original packaging, accessories and instruction manuals back to the store, along with the product you are returning. We will check the contents of all returned packages to ensure that you receive the correct item in exchange for the product you wish to return.
3. Please return items within the appropriate time period. For most products sold at Toys"R"Us stores, we will be happy to exchange items within 90 days of the purchase date or offer you a refund based on your method of payment when accompanied by a dated receipt.

We will accept returns within 45 days of the purchase date on the following products: video games/accessories/systems, computer software, VHS, DVD, music electronics, radio control items, trading cards, collectibles and consumer electronics. The original dated receipt is required for a refund or exchange, and the item must be returned in its unopened and factory sealed package. If the item has been opened, it can only be exchanged for an identical item when accompanied by a dated receipt. Refunds and exchanges will not be given without a dated receipt.

FOR RETURNS WITH A GIFT RECEIPT/.COM PACKING SLIP:
If you are returning an item using a gift receipt or .com packing slip, your refund will be in the form of a merchandise credit.
FOR RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT:

Return Guidelines for VHS/DVD/BREAST PUMPS/MONITORS/ELECTRONICS
We will gladly accept returns with a receipt for VHS, DVD, breast pumps, monitors, and electronics within 45 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in original, sealed, and unopened package. If the package has been opened, the item may only be exchanged for the identical item or title.

Items purchased at Toysrus.com or Babiesrus.com may be returned directly to Toysrus.com/Babiesrus.com or at your local Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us store except where the packing slip states, "Not returnable in stores." Please note the following policies regarding returns to Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us stores:
- Refunds on items returned to Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us stores will be given in the form of merchandise credit only; and
- Returns to Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us stores will otherwise be subject to the applicable store return policy.

- Items purchased at Toysrus.com/Babiesrus.com may be returned within 30 days in unopened or original condition with a copy of the packing slip to our Toysrus.com Return Center.
- Refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note this applies even to items received as gifts.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item being returned is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please visit www.toysrus.com/returns for additional details.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions when packing and sending your product for return.
- Send the product in its original packaging.
- Pack the product so that it won't be damaged during the shipping process.
- Include a copy of the packing slip.
- Send the product via a method that can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send via certified mail. We cannot process your return until your product has been received. Toysrus.com and Babiesrus.com are not responsible for items lost during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
To return a damaged or defective item to Toysrus.com/Babiesrus.com, please contact our customer service team by email at
customer-service@toysrus.com or by phone at 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787). Our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and pick-up instructions. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.
It is our intention to have every item advertised in stock at our retail stores. Should certain items be unavailable in our stores due to unforeseen difficulties, we will gladly issue you a rain check at your request. Rain checks do not apply to special offers or to limited supply items, which are available only while quantities last. We also reserve the right to limit quantities. The selection and price of items online and by telephone often varies from the toys featured in our stores and in our store advertisements. Supplies of items online and by telephone are limited and are not subject to rain checks.

Proof of purchase is required to cancel or replace lost or stolen cards. Positive account balance required for card replacement.
